GMG’s CEO Craig Nicol was delighted to announce GMG has been nominated to attend as one of 18 startups from around the world for the World Materials Forum Startup Challenge in 2020.

The 6th edition of World Materials Forum will be dedicated to “From Breakthrough Innovation to Industry: Sound & Fast”

Once again it will be an opportunity for Start Ups from the entire world to present innovative and impactful solutions in order to Use Materials Smarter, Less and Longer.

The WMF 2020 Start Up Challenge Jury met on March 13th and witnessed that the applications received had further increased in quality and diversity (themes and geography).

The jury therefore decided to nominate 18 companies whose CEOs have now confirmed that they will all be in Nancy between June 9th and June 11th. This has now been rescheduled to later in the year for Covid-19 travel restrictions.

The Grand Prix as well as the other 2 Awards will be announced during the WMF Gala dinner.
